Frequent Asked Questions

1. Do I need to make an appointment?
No, you do not. Simply come to our store at your convenience. We take both walk-in and appointment. If you are taking Senior Special Package, however, it is highly recommended to make appointment ahead.
2. Do you have a place for me to change my clothes?
Yes, we do. We have restrooms/changing rooms available in the studio.
3. How long do I have to wait to get my pictures?
Normally, it takes less that an hour to get your pictures. However, during weekend or some other busy days, it may take a little bit longer than we expected.

4. If I want to order more pictures next time, can I do that?
Yes, we have all our customers' pictures on files since April 2008, just bring the picture that you want to reorder, then we will process it. Because we store your pictures on file by date, for faster process, please keep your receipt (date of the purchase is printed on the receipt) or try to remember when your pictures were taken.
5. How many pose do I get for the session?
You get 4 poses per session. However, we usually take more than 4 shots just to make sure that we get the best out of 4 poses. At the end of the session, you will see all the poses, and you can pick the best two (2012 Special: Pick 2 Poses for No Charge) out of 4 to print, or pick more poses for a small additional charge starts at $2.99.
6. Since I get 4 poses, can I have one pose by myself, another pose with my kids, and..?
No, you may not. Because we design our package by the amount of person that is going to be in the picture, and we charge our customers accordingly. Therefore, we don't allow person switch during a session.

7. Do you take picture for animal, or can I bring my pet with me to take picture?
Yes, please call 316-529-2160 for details on pet sitting or check out our Package Price link on the website.

8. Does the proofs come with the package(s)?
No, it doesn't. However, you can purchase your proofs for only $1.50 per sheet.

9. Can I have copyright release from you, so I can make more prints on my own?
We give out copyright release if you need to have the picture on the cake, coffee mug, and some other products that we don't offer at our studio. Depends on what type of products you need copyright release for, we will charge a fee accordingly. However, if you simply wants to make more copies of your pictures, we would not release copyright to you, because we want you to come back our studio to make copies. Under certain circumstance, we will sell digital copy and copyright release to you, please call 316-529-2160 for pricing.

10. Why do you charge more for kids under 5 years old? (2012 Special :No Kids Under 5 Sitting Fee)
Because young kids are tougher to pose and get a good shot. We normally have to spend more time and energy to pose young kids just to get a good shot.

11. How come I don't see my picture at your store or on your web site?
We try to post your picture at our store only if you agree us to do so. We will only post the picture that you like and you have rights to tell us to take it out anytime! We also post your pictures on iPortrait facebook, you can find us by searching iPortrait Wichita.

12. What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Cash.
